    One of the hardest things when it comes to losing weight is controlling your appetite, especially after a bulk. Your body is used to consuming mass amounts of food and it does not at all appreciate the fact that you are now cutting and restricting food.     If you have a hard time controlling your appetite, follow these steps:

    Drink More Water
    Drink water when you wake up, drink water before meals, drink water during meals, drink water after meals, drink water before bed, drink water all the time. Most of the time when we feel hungry, we are just dehydrated, this leads to hunger and mad cravings. Ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day and you will keep hunger at bay.

    Try An Appetite Suppressant

    Have Low-Calorie Foods
    Sometimes, you just cannot control your hunger. If you do get to a point where you just can't take it anymore, try eating (or drinking) some low-calorie filling foods such as soups, broths, vegetables such as carrots and cucumbers and/or protein shakes (using water or skim milk).
