  • Part Three - Am I ready for Prohormones?

    An informative guide to getting started in the world of enhanced body building
    Part Three of Three

    When I got into extreme supplements, I bought a bottle of Helladrol and did two 4 week cycles. One was alone and the other stacked with Katanadrol v2.0. I enjoyed both cycles, I got great gains while on, kept quite a bit even though I didn’t know the best approach to post cycle therapy (PCT). Today I am so much more knowledgeable on this subject, and if I could go back to the first time and tell myself to slow down and learn more I would in a heartbeat. Prohormones give you great gains, but if I could redo it, I wouldn’t plan my four or six week cycles, I would go back and plan a whole year at a time, figure out the costs and save up, decide when the best time to buy everything was, and then get started.

    Without going on too long about my regrets, allow me to tell you what I would do for my first year of extreme supplementation.
    Depending if my goals were to bulk or cut, here is the complete supplement layout for a year (52 weeks).

    Weeks 1-6: Cutting - Helladrol (3 caps per day) Bulking – Black Extreme (4 caps per day)
    Weeks 1-6: Cutting – Aromasin (6.25mg per day) Bulking – Aromasin (12.5mg per day)
    Weeks 1-6: Premium Powders Tudca (2 caps per day, 1 am and pm)
    Weeks 7-10: Xtreme PCT Stack (Dosed as recommended in product description)
    Weeks 7-10: Keto Burn (3 Caps Per Day)
    Weeks 7-10: Toremifene Citrate (90mg, 60mg, 30mg, 30mg)
    Weeks 7-14: MK-2866 Ostarine (12.5mg per day)
    Weeks 11-18: Aromasin (6.25mg per day)
    Weeks 11-18: Sarm S4 (25mg in the morning, 25mg 12 hours later, 5 days on 2 days off)
    Weeks 11-21: Premium Powders D Aspartic Acid (3g per day)
    Weeks 11-21: Premium Powders Mucuna Pruriens (3 Caps Before Bed)
    Weeks 15-18: MK-2866 Ostarine (25mg per day)
    Weeks 19-21: Forged MHO Poppers (3 per day, spread out, allow to dissolve under tongue)
    Weeks 22-27: Cutting - Helladrol (3 caps per day) Bulking – Black Extreme (4 caps per day)
    Weeks 22-27: Cutting – Aromasin (6.25mg per day) Bulking – Aromasin (12.5mg per day)
    Weeks 22-27: Premium Powders Tudca (2 caps per day, 1 am and pm)
    Weeks 28-31: Xtreme PCT Stack (Dosed as recommended in product description)
    Weeks 28-31: Keto Burn (3 Caps per day)
    Weeks 28-31: Toremifene Citrate (90mg, 60mg, 30mg, 30mg)
    Weeks 28-35: MK-2866 Ostarine (12.5mg per day)

    There you have it. This is almost an entire year of great gains. The last 10 weeks of the year should be used to cleanse the body of toxins and prepare for a new year. This is a time to let your body have a break from all extreme supplements. I think the Male Rejuvenation Stack would work great here at helping your body return to normal and to keep energy levels high.

    Now, what would I do the following year? The same thing! I would probably bump up Helladrol dosage to 4 caps per day and Black Extreme dosage to 6 caps per day but other than that, nothing would change. I advise getting blood work done before and after this run to determine if this is still the approach you should be taking to supplementation.

    Notice, that this does not cover every supplement you would take, just the extreme ones and any directly related to their use. Obviously you would want to take a multivitamin and any other supplements you would normally use such as creatine or pre-workouts. Also, after my first year, I would look into stacking hormones like Xosterone for cutting with my Helladrol, or 6-Mdrol for bulking with Black Extreme.

    DISCLAIMER: THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE IF I COULD GO BACK. THIS MAY NOT BE THE BEST THING FOR YOU. I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE THAT YOU SHOULD DO THIS.

      Nice plan. What do you think would be the minimum minimum interval before you can start another cycle of helladrol?

      I honestly believe that 3 cycles of a prohormone per year is the most anyone should do. I made this layout to work with just two and then some sarm cycles. You can change it a bit, but I really think this would be pretty awesome as is.

      yea, and id say that it would be limited to 5-6wk cycles at most. Adding sarm's is going to be key for building muscle long term.

      Right, six weeks maximum, no exception to this rule. The sarms are going to allow you to keep every pound you made on cycle, and maybe add 2-3 more pounds of muscle while losing 2-3 pounds of fat. So compare the following:

      Six weeks of helladrol + pct then back to natural - Gained 8 pounds, lost 2 in pct. Now maybe you will keep those six pounds until your next cycle but chances are you may lose a couple more. So, 12-16 weeks after pct you are starting another cycle, but the first 3-4 pounds you gain are just going to make up for what you lost between cycles.

      Six weeks of helladrol + pct w/ osta and then sarm bridge - Gained 8 pounds on cycle, kept them through pct, gained 2 pounds on sarms, you start your next cycle up 10 pounds from before the first cycle, and now you are just adding to them gains.

      Trust me, you can gain more than 8 pounds on cycle and more than 2 pounds on a sarm stack, I'm just being conservative with the numbers because I don't like to give unrealistic expectations. It's all about how you eat, train, and sleep.
