    Here, I found some best foods to increase metabolism. Should we avoid them if trying for weight gain?
    Apple Cider Vinegar
    Legumes (Beans)
    Chia Seeds
    Cinnamon
    Celery
    Chocolate
    Coffee
    What are your thoughts?
