    Weak body parts

    Hi all
    Just would like to know whats the best way to bring up weak body parts both looks wise and strength wise, I have very very weak legs compared to rest body, i can deadlift 4 plates my working set, can do 120kg bench workout set but squats i a do single plate with struggle to finish 12 reps.

    Maybe try to work some machine squats, landmines or hack squats. Work different variations till you build up the movement and the strength.

    Weak body parts

    At my gym only got smith machine to use for squats, no other machine, working out the muscle more frequently like 2-3 times a week will help?
