    I'm curious to see scientific studies that support your statement. Most bad reviews of creatine are personal opinions and no real evidence to support creatine having negative impacts on the human body as our bodies create it naturally and there is no need to refer to mega doses as to much of virtually anything tends to have adverse affects.

    Good post. Sometimes you need to step back and let your body recover instead of pushing 110% everyday. It took me a while to learn that.

    ^ The creatine thing, I think most people get confused with, when people have pre-existing kidney problems high levels of it stay in your kidneys. A healthy body will just urinate out any excess of that, while a already damaged kidney can't filter it correctly and it shows high levels in an urine analysis. As for the liver any damage from that would be from dehydration and consuming too much creatine. If you take care of yourself and drink at least a gallon of water a day you should be fine.
