    Because ideally to build them up you need to eat carbs and that's going to add small amounts of fat but by bit if you aren't genetically blest, plus excess fluid from carbs and calorie surplus

    One thing that has worked for me and I hate CARDIO is walking on a treadmill on a 4% incline 3-4x a week.
    Im not on there for an hour either.
    Im usually on for 20min max.
    Its actually a great way of losing bf.

    What your bf%. For sum that wrkout will help but 4 me and others a lil more intensity is needed

    I think jogging is the best solution to burn the belly fats and sports also an important role in burn the fats.
