    I'm not a fan of IIFYM, but it is great for beginners.

    I agree w/ these guys on IIFYM. Look that up, figure up your macro calories, throw in some cardio/hiit. And lift of course

    Cardio is Boring
    it sucks
    wastes away muscle tissue

    And It sucks
    I would rather do some weight lifting variation, such as maybe 30 reps non stop?
    upper body followed by a lower body routine
    Even wind sprints, But cardio is for people who don't know anything else.

    To lose belly fat you can do cardio exercise and the best cardio workouts that you can try are jumping jack, plank to push-up, basic burpee, push-up burpee, squat jump, power punch. I think these are the best workouts, as i am also doing these cardio workouts. If you are unable to do your workouts alone, and need some help in doing your workouts,then you can find a gym buddy for this, who can help you in every way and you can make your workouts more interesting and enjoyable.

    Unfortunately you can not spot weight loss. Your body will lose how much in what area as it chooses. The only way to really lose it is to eat healthy and train your butt off.

    Hi, weight training your abs will allow you to see them at a higher body fat, but you still need to be lean to see them regardless of their size...
